In Fiscal Year 2020, the AANS continued to offer an expansive online portfolio of educational offerings. Members have access to over 100 online courses to earn CME online anytime, anywhere. Online courses are free or discounted for AANS members. Online offerings include:
- JNS Editor’s Choice showcases a selection of the most significant articles published in the Journal of Neurosurgery for a given year.
- Online Subspecialty CME Courses designed to provide quick, accessible clinical updates and assist with fulfilling subspecialty CME license requirements.
- AANS Webinars that provide access to live and on-demand recordings covering a vast array of neurosurgical topics, including socioeconomic and practice-related education.
In fiscal year 2020, the AANS had 11,568 registrations for online courses, an 124% increase from the prior fiscal year.
